In 1987 I left my position as Executive Director of ASCS now known as FSA to found Personal Ag Management Services. I felt I could better serve my farm customer on a one on one basis where I had the ability to understand where his operation was today, and where he would take it tomorrow.
With that partnership model in place, Personal Ag has worked to Secure millions of dollars through various programs offered through the FSA including but not limited to the following:
- Direct and Counter Cyclical Payments
- Loan Deficiency Payments
- Highly Erodible Land
- Conservation Reserve Program
- Environmental Quality Incentives Program
- MILC Income Loss Contract
- Sure Program (New Disaster Program)
- Payment Limitations
