Today Personal Ag consists of two distinct business groups.
FSA Services: Our FSA operations are headquartered out of our Bakersfield office. Each of our office is staffed with full time former FSA personnel to meet the needs of our growing client base. Our job is to make sure you are correctly positioned to take full advantage of the programs offered through FSA. We have the ability to tailor a program that allows you to determine how your FSA relationship will be managed. Personal Ag has assembled former FSA staff of 8 skilled workers that posses over 80 years of combined FSA program knowledge. Crop Insurance Services: Our crop insurance operation is fully staffed from 5 locations. We have a full time processing staff at each location to ensure we process your FCIC paper work timely and accurately. Personal Ag currently has 9 agents on staff to better serve our diverse customer base. Our agents bring a wealth of experience which includes: Farming, Loss Adjustment, FSA Services, and Crop Insurance Company Management. We believe this experience allows us to offer our customers expert guidance in every phase of the crop insurance cycle. Our goal is to make sure that you understand the product you buy. That your operation is fully compliant with all requirements. And when there is a loss, you are eligible for full indemnity.
